Our property does not offer a restaurant or food services. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and utilise our kitchenette and BBQ facilities. Please note that the kitchen is shared and you are required to clean up to ensure the comfort of other guests. For those seeking dining options, there are several take-out restaurants located just 20 minutes from the property, providing a great alternative.

Home rules
House Rules:
1. Please be aware that our property boundary ends at the shed on top of the hill. Beyond this point is our neighbour's land. Do not enter their property or touch the horses. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting these clear boundaries to ensure a good relationship with our neighbours and a pleasant stay for everyone.
2. Pets are allowed but must be respectful of wildlife, other guests and other pets. Please keep on a leash for the safety of your pet and other guests, the property has unfenced access to a creek and the neighbour's property has horses. Be aware of native wildlife and potential diseases and injuries including snakes and insects. Bring your pets at your own risk. The property owners and listing agents are not liable for any harm.
3. No vehicles of any kind are allowed on the grass. Please park in the designated parking area.
4. Children must be supervised at all times. There is unfenced access to Jilliby creek, horses on the neighbouring property and other guests' pets.
5. Quiet Hours are from 10pm-8am daily.
6. Be courteous of other guests. No fireworks, guns or explosives are to be discharged on the property.
7. Please clean up after yourself when using shared amenities for the enjoyment of other guests.
8. Public/Shared areas are under video surveillance. Fees & penalties apply for damages and/or theft of any items.
9. Please note that no drinks are allowed on the snooker table, and all snooker balls should be left in the pockets after use. Return the cues to the wall where they hang when you are finished. The bar area is under video surveillance. All lights in the bar area are automated – please do not touch the switches, as this may disrupt the Wi-Fi.
10. Please ensure that all guests read and understand the NSW Code of Conduct for Short-Term Rentals.
